Welcome to FarmHouse Chalo ("App", "Platform", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FarmHouse Chalo application and services. By creating an account, browsing listings, listing a farmhouse, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. About FarmHouse Chalo

FarmHouse Chalo is an online marketplace that connects farmhouse owners with users interested in renting or booking farmhouses.

FarmHouse Chalo only provides a platform for communication and discovery. Unless expressly stated, FarmHouse Chalo does not own, lease, operate, manage, inspect, or control any farmhouse listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials secure.
• Providing accurate information.
• Updating information when necessary.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Farmhouse Listings

Farmhouse owners are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of all listing information.
• Property photographs.
• Pricing.
• Amenities.
• Rules.
• Availability.
• Contact information.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

FarmHouse Chalo reserves the right to reject, suspend, edit, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Booking and Payments

Unless specifically stated otherwise within the application, all booking discussions, negotiations, payments, cancellations, refunds, and agreements take place directly between the user and the farmhouse owner.

FarmHouse Chalo is not responsible for collecting or holding booking payments unless a future in-app payment system is introduced.

Users should always verify payment details before making any transfer.

6. Property Verification

FarmHouse Chalo strongly recommends that users:

• Visit the property before booking whenever possible.
• Verify the property's location.
• Verify photographs.
• Verify amenities.
• Verify pricing.
• Speak directly with the farmhouse owner.

Users are responsible for satisfying themselves that a property meets their expectations before making any payment.

7. Fraud Prevention

FarmHouse Chalo cannot guarantee the identity, honesty, or conduct of users or farmhouse owners.

We strongly encourage:

• Never sending money without proper verification.
• Visiting the property before booking.
• Confirming ownership where possible.
• Reporting suspicious listings.

FarmHouse Chalo shall not be responsible for scams, fake listings, fraudulent payments, impersonation, identity fraud, or financial losses arising from transactions between users and farmhouse owners.

8. Property Damages

FarmHouse Chalo is not responsible for:

• Damage to farmhouse property.
• Theft.
• Loss of belongings.
• Misuse of facilities.
• Vandalism.

Users are personally responsible for any damage they cause during their stay.

Farmhouse owners may recover damages directly from the responsible user in accordance with applicable law.

9. Accidents and Safety

FarmHouse Chalo does not inspect or certify listed properties.

Accordingly:

• Users visit farmhouses at their own risk.
• Farmhouse owners are responsible for maintaining a safe property.
• Owners are responsible for compliance with applicable safety, fire, electrical, swimming pool, food, and local legal requirements.

FarmHouse Chalo shall not be liable for any accident, injury, illness, medical emergency, death, theft, assault, or other incident occurring at a farmhouse or during any booking.

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Submit false information.
• Create fake accounts.
• Post misleading listings.
• Upload copyrighted content without permission.
• Harass other users.
• Damage property intentionally.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the application.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent removal of the account.

11. Owner Responsibilities

Farmhouse owners agree to:

• Provide truthful information.
• Upload genuine photographs.
• Keep pricing accurate.
• Maintain the listed property.
• Honour confirmed bookings unless exceptional circumstances apply.
• Follow all applicable laws, licenses, permissions, and regulations.

Owners are solely responsible for any legal obligations relating to their property and services.

12. Promotional Services

FarmHouse Chalo may offer paid promotional services, including but not limited to:

• Top Scroll Advertisements
• Top 10 Farm Promotions
• Featured Listings
• App Opening Advertisements

Approval, placement, duration, and rotation of promotional content are determined by FarmHouse Chalo according to the purchased package and platform policies.

Promotional fees are generally non-refundable once a promotion has been activated, except where required by applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, application design, graphics, text, software, and other content belonging to FarmHouse Chalo remain the exclusive property of FarmHouse Chalo unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

FarmHouse Chalo may suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice if:

• False information is provided.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Illegal activities are suspected.
• Platform policies are violated.
• Abuse toward other users is reported.

15. Privacy

Your use of FarmHouse Chalo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

16. Disclaimer

FarmHouse Chalo acts solely as a technology platform connecting users and farmhouse owners.

We do not guarantee:

Users and owners use the platform entirely at their own discretion.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FarmHouse Chalo, its owners, developers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

18. Indemnification

• Violation of these Terms.
• Violation of applicable laws.
• Disputes with another user or farmhouse owner.

19. Changes to These Terms

FarmHouse Chalo may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective once published within the application or on the official website.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
